Bio. J-BLAC
The Northwest Floridian rapper J-Blac born Oct 1, 1983 as Jamey Lamar Myers, found his true passion for music around the age of 16.
During the early 90's era artist like Big Daddy Kane, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, and Tupac (Outlaws), influenced his westcoast and southern style music. His development as a artist unraveled in later teen years with consistent lyrical journalism and freestyles among peers.
After graduating highschool and committed to a full time job, studio time was limited. With drive and ambition to master his craft, J-blac created his own in-house studio, and even thou lacking knowlege of software and equipment use, he was determined to create a sound of his own. Teaming up with producer and good friend Clarence Brown (Aka E-Class The Producer of the Go Hard Or Go Home Ent), in 2008 they completed and released their first project together titled Nightmare In Panama which can be found on datpiff.com. Shortly after E-Class was lost in a tragic event, J-Blac's career was at a hault seeing many set backs and the goals they wished to accomplish. With a passion to continue to pursue music, J-Blac invested in his company RydaStyleRecords releasing the first official mixtape titled Playa $wag Vol.1 in 2011. Around this time while building his social network a contact request from a well established french artist known as Dj Swift presented the oppurtunity to work on a crossover album titled Emigreen consisting of Hip-Hop, Rock, Pop, and Eletro produced by Swift. This project expanded J-blac's creative and unique lyrical sound of an array of genres that is soon to be shared with the world.
